All Guided Lifestyle coaching sessions are conducted over the telephone. The packages below outline the session duration and costs. Guided Lifestyle coaching sessions are offered on a per month basis only. Please choose the package which best fits your needs and schedule your regular weekly appointments.

  • 4 – 45 minute telephone coaching  sessions/month​

  • Unlimited email access

  • Up to 4 between session “check-in” calls per month

This is the standard session set up.

Exclusive Package

 

  • $400/Month

  • 4 – 30 minute telephone coaching sessions/month

  • Up to 4 emails per month

  • Up to 4 between session “check-in” calls per month
     

Essential Package

For those who are wanting a little boost along the way.​​​

  • $250/Month

  • 2 – 30 minute telephone coaching sessions/month

  • Up to 4 emails per month
